Creation

We really are on the edge of the wilderness here. Beyond us there are no people and this afternoon we walked out onto the land, as they say here. As we looked out there would be no people for 100 miles. It makes you notice that the world is not just humanity. Most of God's creation will never encounter men or women and yet God made it all for his delight.

The most profound passage of scripture which captures this is at the end of the book of Job. Take some time, sit quietly and listen to David Suchet's beautiful reading of this passage along with Psalm 23, which you will find at this link:
